Mother nature cooperated with us and our first race of the season went off with out a hitch. Everyone had a great time and in the process we were treated with some great racing. All the proceeds from the April 23 Morinville Icebreaker Duathlon will be donated to cancer research on behalf on Sara Hillworth who's mother Denise Hillworth passed away on April 15/2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. The Icebreaker race is dedicated to the entire Hillworth family who showed amazing bravery and love, they are true Iron Warriors!

Also don't forget the Jan Smart Canada Day Classic Triathlon at Millennium Place in Sherwood Park July 1st still has spots available. Come be a part of the premiere Iron Warrior event of the year. For all of those who competed in the Icebreaker don't forget to sign up so you are still eligible for the triple crown prize at the end of the season.
